What you will do

• Manage a portfolio of customer accounts and follow up on overdue balances.
• Investigate and resolve billing queries in collaboration with internal teams and customers.
• Reconcile accounts to ensure precision and accuracy across receivables.
• Apply and improve existing collection processes.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across Finance, Customer Support, and Sales.
• Assist with daily operations such as bank receipting and bill runs.

Requirements

• 5+ years experience in credit, collections, or accounts receivable.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Intermediate Excel skills.
• Experience in a multi-currency environment.
• Ability to work across time zones with global teams.
• ERP experience, particularly with Microsoft Dynamics.
