What you will do

• Act as client’s main point of contact, establishing rapport and project managing new fund launches and conversions.
• Coordinate handoff from sales to client integration, prepare and manage administration agreements.
• Liaise with banks, auditors, custodians, compliance, and internal groups for setup of accounts, systems, and due diligence.
• Provide expertise on MUFG systems for traditional, hedge, and private equity mandates; perform and review accounting and shareholder service setups.
• Ensure compliance with ISAE/SOC standards, complete internal checklists, and support new products rollout.
• Lead operations team members and handle ad hoc tasks as required.

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years’ experience in the funds industry.
• Third level qualification / college undergraduate degree desirable.
• Client-focused with proven ability to manage client relationships.
• Experience in Private Equity space an advantage.
• Project experience, preferably leading or senior role in client onboarding projects.
