What you will do

• Design and oversee finance data architecture and schemes covering transactions, payments, and taxes to ensure consistency across systems.
• Lead the integration of data from ERP, trading platforms, and gateways using automated ingestion pipelines.
• Establish robust data governance frameworks, including validation rules, reconciliation controls, and audit trails.
• Implement end-to-end automation workflows in Jira Service Management (JSM) across Finance, HR, Legal, and IT.
• Develop standardized financial and management dashboards to provide accurate and timely insights for stakeholders.
• Evaluate and implement AI tools for anomaly detection, classification, and predictive financial insights.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in finance transformation, finance systems, or data/automation/AI initiatives.
• Strong expertise in finance operations including GL, AP, reconciliation, and reporting.
• Proficiency in data architecture, modeling, and pipeline concepts within cloud-based environments.
• Expert knowledge of JSM or other workflow automation and API tools.
• Strong understanding of data governance, security, and compliance for sensitive financial data.
• Proven track record of delivering cross-functional transformation programs.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Finance & IT Management.
