What you will do

• Develop a high-performing team across operating and capital expenditure, payroll, and travel.
• Oversee accurate and timely accounting and reporting of all operating and capital expenditures.
• Ensure strong financial governance, robust controls, and compliance with policies and standards.
• Provide expert advice on expenditure treatment, capitalisation, and payroll compliance.
• Partner across the business to support decision-making and own relevant P&L and balance sheet outcomes.
• Identify process, system, and workflow improvements; assist with audits, budgeting, and forecasting.

Requirements

• CPA, CMA, CA or equivalent essential.
• 3+ years in a Finance leadership role; experience managing dispersed teams desirable.
• Proven record with business partnering to improve finance processes across business units.
• Excellent understanding of finances within the technology space.
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, manage priorities, with excellent attention to detail.
• Brisbane based.
• Strong communication skills, written and verbal.
