Salary: $150,000 – $200,000

What you will do
- Define marketing strategy based on customer insights and sales feedback, experimenting with new channels.
- Develop automated email sequences and nurture programs to move users from signup to sales-ready.
- Execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) via personalized outreach and coordinated ads for target accounts.
- Manage events and field marketing, including KubeCon sponsorships and organizing local DevOps meetups.
- Drive partner and co-marketing initiatives, including guest blogs and integration partnerships.
Requirements
- 3-8 years of experience in growth roles within the devtools or dev infra space.
- Understanding of the cloud native ecosystem, Kubernetes, and OpenTelemetry.
- Must be based in the United States
- Strong interest in startups; previous founder experience is highly valued.
