What you will do

  • Own customer demand strategy for assigned products and segments, driving qualified expansion pipeline through multi-channel campaigns.
  • Plan and execute integrated demand programs across email, paid media, digital advertising, webinars, events, and content syndication.
  • Partner with Customer Sales and Account Management to align campaigns with sales plays and pipeline goals.
  • Translate customer data and intent signals into audience segmentation and messaging strategies.
  • Drive pipeline outcomes against KPIs like engagement, MQLs, sales-ready accounts, and revenue influence.
  • Optimize performance through testing, analytics, and cross-functional collaboration; manage budgets and develop scalable playbooks.

Requirements

  • 6–8+ years in B2B demand generation, lifecycle marketing, or digital marketing, ideally in B2B SaaS or fintech
  • Proven success driving expansion, cross-sell, or post-sale demand within existing customer base
  • Strong understanding of customer lifecycle marketing, account-based approaches, and sales-aligned execution
  • Hands-on experience with marketing automation and CRM platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce)
  • Highly analytical, data-driven with strong project management and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience
