Compensation: $145K–$165K + $10K–$15K Bonus + Equity

What you will do
- Design and launch demand generation function: define ICP, build target account lists, execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, events, and ABM to generate qualified pipeline.
- Own marketing budget, optimize channels based on performance, and oversee event strategy for pipeline generation and deal advancement.
- Manage RevOps functions including data hygiene, lead routing, attribution, and campaign performance infrastructure.
- Partner with sales to align targeting, messaging, and conversations with enterprise accounts.
- Build reporting infrastructure connecting marketing to pipeline and revenue, and present metrics to leadership.
- Manage and develop a small team, fostering experimentation and accountability while collaborating cross-functionally on GTM strategy.
Requirements
- 8+ years in B2B marketing with strong track record in demand generation for enterprise SaaS.
- 3+ years management experience building and coaching high-performing marketing teams.
- Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue in sales-led enterprise GTM with complex sales cycles.
- Hands-on with ICP, ABM, RevOps: list building, enrichment, segmentation, attribution.
- Analytical skills for budget management, spend optimization, and performance reporting tied to pipeline/revenue.
- High-agency execution, fluency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
