TL;DR

Sr Manager, Growth Marketing (SaaS): Design and launch demand generation and ABM function from scratch for creative intelligence platform with an accent on ICP frameworks, multi-channel campaigns, and RevOps infrastructure. Focus on driving qualified enterprise pipeline, optimizing marketing budgets, and building reporting tied directly to revenue.

Location: Remote, United States

Compensation: $145K–$165K + $10K–$15K Bonus + Equity

What you will do

  • Design and launch demand generation function: define ICP, build target account lists, execute multi-channel campaigns across paid media, email, content, events, and ABM to generate qualified pipeline.
  • Own marketing budget, optimize channels based on performance, and oversee event strategy for pipeline generation and deal advancement.
  • Manage RevOps functions including data hygiene, lead routing, attribution, and campaign performance infrastructure.
  • Partner with sales to align targeting, messaging, and conversations with enterprise accounts.
  • Build reporting infrastructure connecting marketing to pipeline and revenue, and present metrics to leadership.
  • Manage and develop a small team, fostering experimentation and accountability while collaborating cross-functionally on GTM strategy.

Requirements

  • 8+ years in B2B marketing with strong track record in demand generation for enterprise SaaS.
  • 3+ years management experience building and coaching high-performing marketing teams.
  • Proven ability to drive pipeline and revenue in sales-led enterprise GTM with complex sales cycles.
  • Hands-on with ICP, ABM, RevOps: list building, enrichment, segmentation, attribution.
  • Analytical skills for budget management, spend optimization, and performance reporting tied to pipeline/revenue.
  • High-agency execution, fluency in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, LinkedIn Ads, Meta Ads.
