What you will do

• Act as primary finance partner for Technology and Risk leaders, influencing strategic decisions.
• Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with corporate strategy.
• Lead month-end reporting, performance analysis, and oversight of software/platform investments including CAPEX/OPEX and ROI.
• Prepare business cases for technology initiatives and measure financial/operational returns.
• Drive productivity improvements, process automation, and FP&A enhancements.
• Mentor junior FP&A professionals and build a collaborative team.

Requirements

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; CA/CPA/CFA preferred.
• 5–7+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Decision Support, ideally in software/digital platforms.
• Experience capitalising technology/software development, tracking costs, and measuring ROI.
• Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and investment appraisal.
• Ability to influence executives and communicate complex info clearly.
• Leadership experience mentoring finance talent.
