What you will do
- Act as primary finance partner for Technology and Risk leaders, influencing strategic decisions.
- Own budgeting, forecasting, and long-term planning aligned with corporate strategy.
- Lead month-end reporting, performance analysis, and oversight of software/platform investments including CAPEX/OPEX and ROI.
- Prepare business cases for technology initiatives and measure financial/operational returns.
- Drive productivity improvements, process automation, and FP&A enhancements.
- Mentor junior FP&A professionals and build a collaborative team.
Requirements
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related; CA/CPA/CFA preferred.
- 5–7+ years in FP&A, Commercial Finance or Decision Support, ideally in software/digital platforms.
- Experience capitalising technology/software development, tracking costs, and measuring ROI.
- Strong skills in budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, and investment appraisal.
- Ability to influence executives and communicate complex info clearly.
- Leadership experience mentoring finance talent.
