What you will do

• Conduct onboarding reviews in line with current policy to fulfill all Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.
• Analyze customer relationships, documentation, and transaction patterns to detect potential suspicious activity.
• Ensure all activities comply with relevant legislative, regulatory standards, and internal procedures.
• Identify high-risk clients based on red flags or specific high-risk triggers.
• Resolve day-to-day issues within the CDD process and escalate complex challenges.
• Manage the end-to-end caseload efficiently to ensure a smooth onboarding experience for clients.

Requirements

• University degree.
• Proven experience in a KYC role, specifically within the business client onboarding process.
• Fluency in English with articulate written and verbal communication skills.
• Working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and Google Suite.
• Ability to perform successfully in a target-driven operational environment.
• Must be based in Sydney for hybrid office attendance.
