What you will do

• Own and evolve FP&A rhythm, including annual planning, forecasting, monthly reviews, and long-range models.
• Partner with business leaders to develop budgets and track performance across revenue and operating costs.
• Lead forecasting accuracy and transparency through strong models and operational processes.
• Drive financial frameworks aligning investment decisions with strategic priorities.
• Create executive-ready reports and insights, build dashboards and planning tools for real-time decision making.
• Identify and solve cross-functional planning challenges, support ad hoc analysis for new initiatives.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in FP&A, strategic finance, or investment banking/consulting
• Experience managing forecasting & reporting for major departments
• Strong modeling and analytical skills to turn complex data into actionable insights
• Track record of cross-functional collaboration and influencing stakeholders
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience with senior executives
• Familiarity with modern planning tools (e.g., Pigment, Adaptive, NetSuite)
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or related field
