What you will do

• Analyze historical revenue data to identify trends, variances, and key performance drivers.
• Support month-end and quarter-end close processes, including journal entries and reconciliations under ASC 606.
• Prepare comprehensive revenue reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders.
• Manage revenue data collection, validation, and integrity across various sources.
• Collaborate with finance, sales, and operations teams to streamline processes and improve internal controls.
• Identify and mitigate risks related to revenue reporting and forecasting.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in revenue analysis, financial analysis, or a related role.
• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field.
• Must be local to Waltham, MA or able to work in a hybrid/onsite capacity.
• Must be authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Foundational understanding of revenue recognition principles (ASC 606).
• Strong analytical problem-solving skills and advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.

Nice to have

• Experience with ERP systems, specifically NetSuite.
• Familiarity with AI tools for process improvement.
• Experience in PE-backed or acquisitive business environments.
