What you will do

• Partner with regional sales managers to activate Aquablation patient pathways post-launch.
• Support procedure activation in offices and hospitals, including referral funnel optimization.
• Train office staff on patient identification, scheduling, referral flow, billing, coding, and pre-authorization.
• Coordinate operational functions for Aquablation days, revenue cycle, and OR block scheduling.
• Develop surgeon champions and drive procedure conversions to Aquablation.
• Track patient flow, conversion rates, reimbursement times, and performance metrics like case volume in first 90 days.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred
• 5–12 years in medical device sales, market development, or commercial operations (urology preferred)
• Strong understanding of referral dynamics, reimbursement, and hospital workflows
• Proven ability to influence physician and office adoption
• Analytical, data-driven mindset with strong collaboration skills
• Willingness to travel up to 50%
