What you will do
- Research target accounts to identify key decision-makers like CIOs, CMOs, and innovation leads
- Craft personalized outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn to book qualified meetings for Account Executives
- Track activity, pipeline metrics, and forecast in CRM (HubSpot) to optimize performance
- Develop expertise in health system pain points and how AI diagnostics solves them
- Collaborate with sales leadership to refine messaging, targeting, and strategies
Requirements
- 1-3 years of SDR or outbound sales experience
- High volume tolerance for outbound-heavy role with ambitious activity targets
- Metrics-driven track record of hitting and exceeding goals
- Excellent written and verbal communication for complex value propositions
- CRM proficiency (HubSpot)
- Curious about healthcare and motivated by improving patient outcomes
Nice to have
- Healthcare or health tech sales experience
- Understanding of hospital buying cycles and procurement
- Experience selling to clinical or IT leadership
- Familiarity with health system structures and value-based care trends
