TL;DR
Field Support Representative (Medtech): Providing technical support, installation, and maintenance of surgical robotic equipment with an accent on biomedical equipment calibration and troubleshooting. Location: Must reside or live within 1 hour of New Jersey International Airport areas. Ability to travel up to 75% of the time.
Salary: $39.67 - $46.67 per hour

What you will do
- Install, troubleshoot, and calibrate biomedical equipment at customer sites following official manuals.
- Perform preventive maintenance, hardware repairs, and system upgrades.
- Manage field service databases to track customer configurations and parts inventory.
- Train internal personnel and distributors on the correct operation and servicing of equipment.
- Collaborate with R&D, Manufacturing, QA, and Sales teams to report trends and improve procedures.
- Provide remote technical support to customers and field personnel.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of relevant experience and an Associates degree.
- Must be a US Citizen or Permanent Resident.
- Strong complex problem-solving and critical-thinking skills.
- Ability to communicate professionally with hospital administration and clinical staff.
- Ability to comprehend and write complex technical instructions and procedures.

- Experience in life sciences or the healthcare industry.
- Experience working in an FDA-regulated environment.
- Previous experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
