What you will do

• Monitor and safely assist mobile service robots in hospital settings.
• Collect data, troubleshoot real-world issues, and provide detailed feedback to engineers.
• Prioritize customer experience for hospital staff and ensure expectations are met.
• Communicate effectively with hospital staff and occasionally the public about robot operations.
• Prepare monthly schedules, onboard and train new associates, approve time cards, handle escalations, and manage coverage.

Requirements

• High school graduate or GED.
• Supervisory experience leading small teams: scheduling, training, support.
• Customer-service oriented with de-escalation skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Organized, self-sufficient, able to multitask and make quick decisions.
• Able to lift up to 40 pounds, work varying shifts including nights/weekends/holidays.
• Willing to obtain vendor credentials: immunizations, background check, drug screen.
