What you will do

• Scale, optimize, and improve molecular biology methods using engineering practices.
• Conduct experiments to identify and resolve root causes of process errors.
• Compile and analyze large process datasets for stability, trends, and improvements.
• Develop software tools in R or Python for sample processing and efficiency analysis.
• Create training plans for clinical staff on improved workflows.
• Support tech transfer from R&D to CLIA lab and document troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in biology or related sciences
• At least 6 months experience with molecular biology techniques in research or clinical lab
• Excellent attention to detail
• Effective written and verbal communication
• Logical troubleshooting skills
