Location: On-site in San Diego, CA or Virginia Beach, Virginia. Requires "U.S. Person" status (U.S. citizen, legal permanent resident, or certain protected asylees/refugees). Up to 50% travel. Exposed to marine environments.

What you will do

• Develop and deliver instructor-led training on ASV sustainment, maintenance, diagnostics, and troubleshooting for internal teams, customers, and DoD partners.
• Conduct training needs analysis, refine materials, assessments, and certification standards.
• Support on-site installation, integration, commissioning, and troubleshooting of ASV systems.
• Collaborate with engineering, mission operations, and product teams to align training with system updates and operational needs.
• Provide post-training feedback and identify skill gaps to improve maintainer proficiency.

Requirements

• Demonstrated field support for technical systems in operational environments.
• Experience in hardware/software troubleshooting for maritime, robotics, or autonomous systems.
• Hands-on technical training delivery in operational settings.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and organizational skills.
• Physical ability to lift 50 lbs, swim/tread water, work in marine/shipyard environments up to 12 hours, climb structures.
• U.S. Person status required.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s in engineering, robotics, computer science, or maritime systems.
• Prior DoD/government or military technical maintenance experience.
