TL;DR

Sales Manager (HR Tech): Managing and growing a team of outbound SMB Account Executives to drive revenue growth for a SaaS HRIS platform with an accent on pipeline management and value-based selling. Focus on scaling the Americas SMB segment, optimizing sales forecasting, and implementing MEDDPICC methodology.

Location: Must be based in the Toronto Metro Area and work from the Toronto office 2-3 days a week.

Salary: $145,000 - $185,000 CAD base + variable compensation

What you will do

  • Lead, train, and grow a team of SMB Account Executives to achieve annual and quarterly quotas.
  • Drive regional bookings goals via prospecting, qualifying, and closing outbound opportunities.
  • Manage the full sales cycle and maintain pipeline accuracy using Salesforce.
  • Initiate and nurture business relationships with key decision-makers in the HR tech space.
  • Provide market feedback and competitive analysis to assist in product development.

Requirements

  • Proven success in leading and managing a team of Account Executives for a SaaS organization.
  • Experience in high-velocity sales environments, preferably within hyper-growth companies.
  • Proficiency in MEDDPICC or value-based sales methodologies.
  • Strong track record of accurate forecasting and hitting revenue targets.
  • Must be based in the Toronto Metro Area.

  • Past experience within the HR tech space or with HR-tech products.
