TL;DR

Salary: $85,000 - $100,000 CAD

What you will do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for 15-20 mid-size client accounts.
  • Monitor account activity and satisfaction levels to proactively identify and resolve issues.
  • Lead quarterly (QBR) and annual (ABR) business reviews to analyze progress and strategic direction.
  • Manage contractual documentation, including RFP responses, renewals, and SLAs within Salesforce CRM.
  • Drive revenue growth by promoting additional products and negotiating pricing and terms.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with internal support teams to resolve operational and technical issues.

Requirements

  • 3 to 5 years of experience in account management or a relevant role.
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and French is required.
  • Must be based in Canada.
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Excel).

Nice to have

  • Experience in the recruiting or HR services industry.
  • Experience managing accounts for technology-based products.
  • Proficiency with Salesforce or equivalent CRM systems.
