What you will do
- Manage a high‑velocity sales funnel and ensure a seamless customer journey for Business Owners.
- Collaborate with CX, Sales, and Partnerships to deliver a world‑class customer experience.
- Act as a product expert, guiding prospects through the trial and evaluation phases.
- Design and optimize repeatable processes from the initial introduction call to the CX handoff.
- Track and optimize key performance metrics, including conversion rates and pipeline growth.
- Provide structured customer feedback to Product, Engineering, and AI teams to influence development.
Requirements
- 3-5+ years of proven track record meeting and exceeding SaaS sales quota targets.
- Strong ambition to shape a team, instill culture, and build a best‑in‑class GTM organization.
- Ability to take full ownership and perform in a fast‑paced, adaptive environment.
- Extraordinary written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- Empathy for entrepreneurs through prior experience as a Founder or being self‑employed.
- Advanced business technical qualifications (e.g., MA/MBA, CPA) or experience selling to technical accounting and finance audiences.
