Enterprise Client Advisor 2 (Enterprise Sales): Manage and grow relationships with largest enterprise customers in hardware and software business with an accent on proactive account management, renewals, cross-sell/upsell opportunities, and vendor negotiations. Focus on assessing customer needs, mapping technology landscape, providing tailored solutions, and achieving sales targets.
Location: Toronto, ON, Canada (Hybrid, office 1-2 times per week)
Compensation: $52,800 base + incentives at target $66,000

What you will do
- Proactively prospect, manage, and grow client hardware and software business
- Manage customer annuity renewals, maximizing profitability via cross-sell/upsell using SAM+ framework
- Assist in software contract selection, negotiate with vendors for optimal savings
- Drive retention through exceptional service and engagement
- Collaborate with Field Account Executives, vendors, and specialists for comprehensive coverage
- Provide reporting, presentations, and proactive tailored solutions
Requirements
- Ability to follow a USA holiday schedule
- 3+ years in sales, retail, or account management
- 3+ years customer service experience
- Analytical/strategic mindset for sales goals
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proven track record as metric-driven salesperson
