What you will do

• Identify and build partnerships with new clients and candidates, supporting them through the recruitment process.
• Source candidates and conduct thorough interviews using CRM database and recruitment tools.
• Handle the full recruitment cycle from shortlisting to job offers and onboarding.
• Develop relationships with recruitment teams, directors, and stakeholders in large and small organisations.
• Beat sales targets through client relationships in the busy technology contract market.

Requirements

• Experience as a Senior Recruitment Consultant or above with proven track record in business development and recruitment.
• Sales-driven, ambitious, resilient individual able to drive team success.
• Based in or able to work hybrid from Bristol office (BS1 6DZ).
