Location: Hybrid/onsite in Quezon City; willing to travel to Quezon City, flexible with afternoon (Tue-Sat onsite) or graveyard shifts (2-3x/week onsite)

Salary: Starts at 43,314.21 PHP gross

What you will do

• Identify and attract candidates via job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial assessments, and structured/behavioral interviews.
• Analyze recruitment data, track metrics like time-to-fill and cost-per-hire, and optimize strategies.
• Negotiate job offers, salaries, and terms for mutual agreements.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, EEO, and anti-discrimination regulations.
• Maintain relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 3 years in HR and recruitment with strong background in HR facets
• Excellent English communication and multitasking
• Home office setup: Core i5/7th gen+, 16GB RAM, camera, noise-canceling headset, 25Mbps internet, backup power/internet, dual monitor
• Personal savings account for payroll
