Location: Stockton preferred or remote; unrestricted right to work in the United States required (natural citizens and Green Card holders)
$67,000 - $90,000 a year

What you will do
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for Repair, IT, Sales, and Operations departments, handling 70+ annual hires and 10–20 active requisitions.
- Build and maintain talent pipelines through creative sourcing strategies, job boards, referrals, and professional networks.
- Partner with hiring managers to define requirements, conduct screenings, coordinate interviews, and provide market insights on compensation and trends.
- Track recruiting metrics like time-to-fill and source effectiveness, sharing insights with leadership to optimize processes.
- Represent the company at career fairs and events, coach hiring managers on best practices, and support DEI initiatives.
- Facilitate onboarding and maintain ATS data with high confidentiality.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth, multi-location environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage 10–20 concurrent requisitions in a fast-paced setting
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with ATS (e.g., Greenhouse, Lever) and sourcing tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter)
- Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Unrestricted right to work in the United States
