What you will do

• Monitor and manage caregiver shifts to ensure full coverage
• Coordinate replacements and shift swaps for absences or emergencies
• Communicate schedule updates with caregivers, clients, and internal teams
• Maintain accurate records in EMR/CRM or scheduling platforms like WellSky, Axiscare, AlayaCare
• Track staff availability, attendance, and shift compliance
• Prepare daily and weekly reports on shifts, coverage, and staffing metrics
• Support care coordinators and operations teams for seamless workforce management

Requirements

• 1+ year experience in healthcare support, virtual assistance, or shift coordination
• Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
• Familiarity with EMR, CRM, or scheduling systems
• Strong organizational, multitasking, and time management skills
• Reliable remote work setup: Intel i5 + 8 GB RAM minimum, 100 Mbps internet, backup device/internet/power

Nice to have

• Experience with U.S. healthcare accounts
• Tools: WellSky, AxisCare, ClearCare, NICE, Verint
• Excel/reporting skills
