TL;DR

Location: Philippines-based candidates only, 100% remote, align with AU business hours (approx. 9 AM - 5 PM AEST, Mon-Fri)

Compensation: $2,000-3,000 AUD / Monthly

Allied health practice established in 2022, providing personalized care through physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech pathologists, psychologists, and exercise physiologists in homes, community, or clinic.

What you will do

  • Manage clinic operations including HR, payroll via MYOB, financial processes, and quality systems for smooth functioning and exceptional patient care.
  • Supervise practitioners, allied health professionals, and admin team; handle recruitment, rostering, training, performance reviews, and team building.
  • Coordinate business planning, budgeting, IT maintenance, compliance, stakeholder relationships, and marketing initiatives.
  • Monitor KPIs, conduct audits, ensure OH&S standards, and drive continuous improvement across operations.
  • Support practitioner needs, integrate new staff, and maintain public image through advertising and communications.

Requirements

  • Philippines-based; at least 3 years in management/high-level practice admin.
  • Experience in payroll, MYOB, financial management/reporting; computer literacy with Splose and similar software.
  • Excellent interpersonal/communication skills; ability to prioritize, organize, lead teams, and handle complex situations.
  • Understanding of Melbourne suburbs/Google Maps; flexibility for AU hours; commitment to confidentiality and ongoing training.
