Location: Remote (Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Argentina, or the Philippines). Working hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST.

What you will do

  • Monitor email inboxes, fax dashboards, and provider portals to promptly capture incoming medical records and invoices.
  • Manage structured tracking sheets and maintain a consistent monitoring cadence to prevent document gaps.
  • Categorize and route documents into internal proprietary systems with high attention to accuracy and formatting.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to flag missing documentation or unresponsive providers and provide timely updates.

Requirements

  • Nursing background.
  • Technical proficiency navigating portals, PDFs, secure websites, and fax dashboards.
  • Experience managing structured, repetitive workflows with high attention to detail.
  • Ability to work US time zone coverage (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM CST).
  • Clear written communication skills for documentation and escalations.

Nice to have

  • Experience with medical records retrieval platforms such as Datavant, ChartSwap, MRO, CIOX, Verisma, or Sharecare.
  • Background in document-heavy roles such as document processor or ROI specialist.
  • Familiarity with provider-specific medical portals.
