Social Media Specialist

Location: Fully onsite at the office in Lisbon, Portugal; relocation support is available.

Salary: €24,000–€33,000 per year.

What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other social platforms.
• Manage publishing schedules for company and product-specific pages.
• Write relevant comments and support conversations to increase engagement and visibility.
• Monitor and respond to follower interactions to support community engagement.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design on product launches, hiring campaigns, and other initiatives.
• Track engagement metrics and apply current social media trends and best practices to improve content strategy.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or online community engagement.
• Strong writing skills and the ability to create clear, concise, and engaging social copy.
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and their best practices.
• Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
• Proactive, detail-oriented, organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced cross-functional environment.
• Fluent English is required.
