What you will do

• Plan, write, and publish engaging content across Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Manage posting schedules for company and product pages.
• Monitor interactions, respond to followers, and create comments to drive conversations.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Design teams on content aligned with initiatives like launches and hiring.
• Track engagement metrics and improve content strategy.
• Stay updated on social media trends and best practices.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in social media management, digital content writing, or community engagement.
• Strong writing skills for clear, concise, engaging social copy.
• Familiarity with major platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn) and best practices.
• Experience managing multiple pages or brand accounts.
• Proactive mindset, attention to detail, organizational skills.
• Comfortable in fast-paced, cross-team collaboration.
• Fluent in English (Portuguese is a plus).
