What you will do

• Onboard new content creators and guide them through platform setup to ensure fast activation.
• Research, test, and optimize new acquisition channels and initiatives together with partners.
• Build and scale relationships with affiliate partners to improve content quality and team growth.
• Monitor partner performance metrics including conversion, revenue, and engagement to drive growth.
• Design and evaluate promotional mechanics, bonuses, and contests based on data analysis.

Requirements

• English B2+, Russian C1+, and Spanish B2+ proficiency.
• 1+ year of experience in content, affiliate, partnerships, or creator management.
• Strong analytical skills and proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel for tracking metrics.
• Experience in onboarding and managing creators or professional partners.
• Must be based in Belgrade, Tbilisi, or Yerevan.

Nice to have

• Experience in SMM or paid acquisition via Meta, TikTok, etc.
• Ability to create visual assets using Canva, Figma, or similar tools.
• Advanced understanding of performance marketing metrics.
• Experience working specifically with creator-based platforms.
