What you will do

• Achieve mastery of software demonstrations and solution capabilities.
• Serve as SME on solutions addressing market and financial institution needs.
• Collaborate with sales, customer success, product, and marketing teams for demos, feasibility validation, and implementations.
• Conduct client needs analysis and design tailored solutions.
• Build proof-of-concepts, prototypes, and provide technical leadership in RFI/RFP processes.
• Support marketing initiatives, competitive analysis, cross-selling, and solution implementation.

Requirements

• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years of related experience, or advanced degree with 6+ years, or equivalent.
• 5+ years in solutions consulting, sales engineering, or similar client-facing technical role preferred.
• Industry experience in Lending (Loan Origination and/or Loan Servicing) required.
• Experience with SaaS solutions, architecture, implementation, and customer enablement.
• Salesforce experience preferred; knowledge of digital banking, APIs, integrations.
• Strong consultative, presentation, and communication skills; willingness to travel.
