What you will do

• Implement lead generation strategies targeted at Non-Bank and Alt-Fi Lending organizations.
• Conduct detailed discovery meetings to identify prospect needs and align them with hirify.global solutions.
• Generate and qualify leads through cold calling and telephone marketing.
• Present and sell hirify.global products and services to prospective clients.
• Create and execute a strategic territory management plan.
• Manage sales pipelines and provide accurate forecast reports.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in financial technology sales with a proven ability to exceed quotas.
• Bachelor's degree.
• Strong understanding of complex sales processes and experience in closing high-value deals.
• Fluent written and oral communication in English.
• Proficiency with CRM tools.
• Ability to travel as required.
