What you will do

  • Partner with leadership across commercial, supply chain, R&D, and operations functions.
  • Lead all employee relations efforts, including investigations, conflict resolution, and risk mitigation.
  • Build and execute the full people strategy and HR infrastructure for the consumer business from scratch.
  • Coach and develop first-time and mid-level managers on team effectiveness in a CPG context.
  • Drive organizational design, headcount planning, and workforce strategy as the business scales.
  • Implement culture initiatives that connect teams to the broader company mission and brand identity.

Requirements

  • 8 to 12+ years of progressive HR experience, specifically in consumer, CPG, retail, or food and beverage.
  • Experience supporting distributed workforces including both corporate and non-desk employees.
  • Deep expertise in employee relations and conflict resolution in fast-paced operating environments.
  • Proven ability to coach and influence senior executives and founders.
  • Experience building HR infrastructure in early-stage or high-growth, founder-led organizations.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
