What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable, payable, and perform account reconciliations.
• Prepare monthly financial statements and record day-to-day financial transactions.
• Prepare and process payroll for the organization.
• Assist with year-end financials, budgeting, and tax preparation.
• Handle administrative functions including purchasing client orders and conducting inventory audits.

Requirements

• Minimum of 4+ years of full charge bookkeeping experience.
• Proficiency in QuickBooks Online (or equivalent accounting software) and Microsoft Office.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with high attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Must be able to work on-site in Norfolk, VA
