What you will do

• Handle daily operations including transaction entry, invoicing, and bill payments.
• Prepare payroll and perform journal entries and reconciliations.
• Organize and track tasks using the Karbon practice management system.
• Interact with clients to resolve specific questions or obtain necessary information.
• Collaborate with senior staff to ensure accuracy and consistency in client books.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• College degree in accounting or related field.
• At least 3 years of experience in payroll and bookkeeping within a multi-client environment.
• Proficiency in QBO, BILL, Gusto, or similar cloud accounting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Strong communication skills for digital interaction with clients and teams.
