What you will do

• Prepare general ledger entries, maintain financial records, and perform account reconciliations.
• Capitalize and record fixed assets in Oracle, including Cloud Computing and Internally Developed assets.
• Manage accounting processes for fixed assets, operations, and R&D (consumer insights and product development).
• Research and interpret financial data to resolve accounting queries.
• Collaborate with internal and external business partners to resolve transactional issues.
• Maintain strong internal control policies and support external audit processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting.
• 1+ year of public or industry-specific accounting experience.
• Must be based in or able to work from Needham, MA, United States.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Nice to have

• CPA certification.
• Familiarity with Oracle GL and Oracle Fixed Asset Module.
