What you will do
- Execute multi-channel outbound prospecting (phone, email, LinkedIn, video) to generate new business opportunities and book meetings.
- Nurture early-stage leads through structured follow-up and personalized cadences to move them toward qualified conversations.
- Conduct discovery calls to uncover prospect needs, apply qualification frameworks, and communicate value propositions.
- Navigate target accounts to engage decision-makers, build relationships, and align with marketing campaigns and events.
- Collaborate with Account Executives for seamless handoff of qualified opportunities and maintain pipeline in Salesforce.
- Capture market insights from conversations to improve targeting and messaging.
Requirements
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or SDR/BDR roles
- Proven experience in cold outreach and pipeline generation
- Based in the United States
Nice to have
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach/Salesloft, ZoomInfo, Apollo
- Experience with longer lead nurture cycles, event-based prospecting, and campaign alignment
