What you will do

  • Conduct at least 50 dials and 60 minutes of talk-time daily to generate leads.
  • Close MAP business and facilitate qualified meetings for brand experts.
  • Manage the sales process and strategic follow-ups using Salesforce.
  • Perform digital portal walk-throughs for new and existing members.
  • Handle basic resistance and objections during outbound calls.
  • Utilize GONG for self-improvement and collaborate with peers to share best practices.

Requirements

  • 1-2 years of equivalent inside sales experience in a quota-bearing, outbound sales role.
  • Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Waltham, MA.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • High functioning interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
  • Basic understanding of web-based platforms and Microsoft Suite.
