What you will do
- Conduct at least 50 dials and 60 minutes of talk-time daily to generate leads.
- Close MAP business and facilitate qualified meetings for brand experts.
- Manage the sales process and strategic follow-ups using Salesforce.
- Perform digital portal walk-throughs for new and existing members.
- Handle basic resistance and objections during outbound calls.
- Utilize GONG for self-improvement and collaborate with peers to share best practices.
Requirements
- 1-2 years of equivalent inside sales experience in a quota-bearing, outbound sales role.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid capacity in Waltham, MA.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- High functioning interpersonal skills and strong organizational abilities.
- Basic understanding of web-based platforms and Microsoft Suite.
