What you will do

  • Source, develop, and close new enterprise logo accounts.
  • Build and manage executive-level relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Lead discovery, value-driven sales cycles, and enterprise negotiations.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to run POCs based on success criteria.
  • Achieve or exceed ARR and pipeline targets consistently.
  • Represent hirify.global at industry events and customer workshops.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of closing experience in enterprise SaaS sales with a top-performer track record.
  • Proven ability to sell into complex organizations and navigate multi-threaded deals.
  • Demonstrated success in net-new logo acquisition and expansion.
  • Experience selling technical SaaS platforms (AI, developer tools, OSS, or infrastructure preferred).
  • Fluency in value-based selling methodologies.
  • Ability to collaborate across functions to close strategic deals.
  • Strong executive presence and comfort selling to VP- and C-level stakeholders.
  • Startup experience in <100 employee companies.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling AI/ML, document intelligence, data infrastructure, or orchestration products.
  • Familiarity with developer-first sales cycles and technical POCs.
  • Track record of multi-year, high-ACV enterprise deals.
  • Knowledge of APIs, integrations, security, and compliance in enterprise SaaS.
