Location: New York, New York (Hybrid)

Salary: Base $120,000 and estimated OTE $240,000 with uncapped commission

hirify.global is building a next-generation AI ERP platform to transform financial workflows for businesses, with $21M raised from top investors including YC and previous team from Revolut.

What you will do

  • Own full sales cycle from discovery to close for AI ERP product
  • Define ICP, buyer personas, positioning, and core messaging
  • Run discovery calls to understand customer pain points and workflows
  • Experiment with pricing, deal structures, and sales motions for $30k–$60k deals
  • Collaborate with founders and product team to shape roadmap based on customer feedback
  • Document learnings and build early sales processes
  • Close early customers to build product launch momentum

Requirements

  • 2+ years Account Executive experience selling B2B SaaS
  • Experience in early-stage startup or unstructured environment
  • Comfortable selling evolving products and thriving in ambiguity
  • Deep curiosity, strong questioning skills, and growth mindset
  • Ownership-driven, fast-moving, learning-by-doing approach
  • Excited to define sales strategy, not just execute playbooks

Nice to have

  • Experience selling to finance, accounting, or operations teams
  • Familiarity with QuickBooks, NetSuite, or similar ERP systems
  • Previous founding AE or 0→1 sales experience
  • Comfort working closely with product and engineering teams
