TL;DR

Senior Account Executive (SaaS): Driving revenue and managing the full sales cycle for a VC portfolio monitoring platform with an accent on inbound conversion and proactive outbound outreach. Focus on closing deals with fund finance and ops leaders and optimizing sales processes in a lean startup environment.

Location: Fully remote, must be able to work within at least 6 hours of the US Central Time Zone

Compensation: $215,000 – $300,000 OTE

hirify.global is a profitable, 20-person SaaS company that equips venture capital firms to streamline portfolio monitoring and insights.

What you will do

  • Own new revenue generation for the hirify.global for Investors product.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales process, including inbound pipeline and proactive outbound outreach.
  • Navigate and close disciplined 30–60 day sales cycles.
  • Identify and target ideal customer profiles, specifically fund finance and ops leaders.
  • Effectively utilize HubSpot CRM to manage pipeline and sales motion.
  • Contribute and execute new ideas to elevate the company's sales strategy.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of quota-carrying SaaS sales experience with a consistent track record of exceeding targets.
  • Must be able to work within at least 6 hours of the US Central Time Zone.
  • Proven ability to operate independently and drive process improvements in a startup environment.
  • Skill in uncovering prospect roadblocks and demonstrating how a solution fits into existing workflows.
  • Comfortable discussing financial metrics, numbers, and formulas.
  • AI-fluency: working understanding and active use of modern AI tools (prompt engineering, automation) to increase output.

Nice to have

  • Experience selling fund administration tools.
  • Experience working within the venture capital ecosystem.
  • Experience selling to CFO or General Partner personas.
