TL;DR

Associate Clinical Representative (Japan): Provide technical and clinical support for the AQUABEAM Robotic System including surgeon training, in-service support, and field service for installations, repairs, and software upgrades with an accent on managing complex surgical procedures and robotically assisted operations. Focus on building competency with PROCEPT technologies among physicians and staff, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Japan / Remote. Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic).

What you will do

• Provide product training, support, information, staff education, in-services, and technical troubleshooting to medical professionals.
• Design, develop, and facilitate training programs for sites and customers in collaboration with Clinical Specialist, Professional Education, and Sales & Marketing teams.
• Instruct surgeons in classroom and field settings and ensure Professional Education programs are efficient, effective, and compliant.
• Troubleshoot product issues in the field and respond to customer concerns.
• Support presentations aligned with company goals and indications for use, and provide customer feedback on product design.
• Maintain clinical expertise to support surgeons and healthcare professionals while complying with Quality Management System.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree from accredited institution
• Solid knowledge in science and medical devices industry
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Outstanding communication skills
• Ability to travel up to 75% (primarily domestic)
• Strong attention to detail, creative problem-solving, and interpersonal/presentation skills

• 1–2 years of sales experience
