SEO Specialist (AI)

Location: Fully onsite at the Lisbon office, Portugal. Relocation support is available.

Compensation: €36K–€45K per year.

hirify.global is a self-funded, family-founded product company creating an AI-powered Personal & Entrepreneurial Resource Planner, with offices in Lisbon and San Francisco.

What you will do

• Develop and execute SEO strategies to improve organic traffic and search rankings.
• Conduct keyword research and optimize website and app-related content for search engines.
• Monitor website performance using Google Analytics, Search Console, Ahrefs, and other SEO tools.
• Collaborate with content, product, design, and engineering teams to create SEO-friendly content and improvements.
• Perform technical SEO audits and recommend corrective actions.
• Track, analyze, and report on key SEO performance metrics while staying current with algorithm updates.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of SEO experience, preferably in a digital product or app-based business.
• Strong knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with keyword research tools, Google Analytics, and SEO platforms.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with content, design, product, and engineering teams.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work fully onsite from the Lisbon office.

• Knowledge of App Store Optimization (ASO).
