What you will do
- Identify and qualify leads through cold calls, emails, social media, and inbound channels.
- Conduct virtual and in-person sales presentations and demos tailored to physicians, administrators, and revenue cycle leaders.
- Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts to close deals and meet sales quotas.
- Build and maintain client relationships via consultative selling and customized implementation plans.
- Master and showcase software tools, dashboards, and analytics to demonstrate value like faster reimbursements.
- Manage CRM activities, track progress, stay updated on industry trends, and collaborate with internal teams.
Requirements
- High school diploma required; bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- Proven sales experience, ideally in healthcare revenue cycle, medical coding/billing, or SaaS services.
- Strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Healthcare knowledge including revenue cycle processes, ICD-10, CPT, HCPCS, payer requirements, and HIPAA compliance.
- Proficiency with CRM tools like Salesforce or HubSpot, and sales tech like LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
- Ability to work independently, manage time, meet deadlines, and thrive in a fast-paced team environment.
