What you will do

  • Source new sales opportunities through outbound outreach to grow the top of the sales funnel
  • Research potential prospects provided by sales operations
  • Conduct high-volume outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn Navigator
  • Present hirify.global products and solutions, identifying value for prospective clients
  • Perform initial qualification and schedule meetings for Business Development Managers
  • Maintain accurate client records in Salesforce and stay updated on hirify.global products
  • Meet and exceed targets for identifying viable prospects

Requirements

  • Prior experience in customer-facing or sales roles (SaaS or financial services highly regarded)
  • Postsecondary Degree or Diploma in related field or equivalent experience
  • Self-motivated with dedication to 50+ daily outbound calls, competitive mindset
  • Collaborative team player, adaptable in fast-paced environment
  • Strong time-management, multi-tasking, organization, and detail-orientation
  • Confident professional communicator with strong listening and relationship-building skills
  • Problem-solving ability to identify client needs and solutions
