What you will do

  • Build, hire, coach, and manage SDR team across ANZ, fostering excellence and career development.
  • Own pipeline targets and KPIs, iterating on outbound/inbound strategies to exceed goals.
  • Design SDR playbooks, cadences, messaging, and prospecting sequences for ANZ enterprises.
  • Partner with sales, marketing, and ops for alignment on ICP, campaigns, and demand gen.
  • Optimize SDR tech stack like Outreach, Salesforce, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
  • Establish performance rhythms: coaching, reviews, audits, and data analysis for funnel efficiency.
  • Contribute to global SDR strategy and act as culture carrier for talent attraction.

Requirements

  • 6+ years in B2B SaaS sales development or inside sales, with 1-2 years managing SDR/BDR teams.
  • Proven track record building/scaling SDR teams in ANZ region.
  • Deep understanding of enterprise SaaS sales cycles, multi-stakeholder buying, and outbound prospecting.
  • Strong analytical skills for pipeline metrics and data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent coaching/mentoring for early-career sales pros.
  • Proficiency with sales platforms (Outreach, Salesforce, Gong).
  • Growth mindset for fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience at high-growth SaaS scaling to IPO-readiness.
  • Familiarity with MEDDPICC, Challenger Sale, or value-based methodologies.
  • Background in automation, AI, or integration tech.
  • Building SDR teams from scratch in emerging markets.
