What you will do
- Maintain high-volume outbound sales activity to build a pipeline across the ANZ market.
- Conduct prospecting via cold calling, email, and LinkedIn to book qualified sales meetings.
- Research targeted accounts to identify data quality challenges and key decision-makers.
- Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to coordinate outreach and nurture leads.
- Report on and optimize outreach scripts and messaging to improve conversion rates.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of outbound sales experience in B2B or B2C environments.
- Demonstrated history of over-achievement against KPIs or sales targets.
- Proficiency with Salesforce and familiarity with Microsoft Office.
- Experience with sales tech such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and Gong.
- Strong interpersonal skills and resilience in high-volume prospecting environments.
