TL;DR

Business Development Representative (SaaS): Driving revenue growth through strategic account targeting and expert enterprise prospecting with an accent on cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn social selling, and multi-threaded outreach to C-level executives. Focus on generating new business pipeline, delivering exceptional prospect experiences, and collaborating cross-functionally to optimize processes.

Sydney, Australia. Hybrid: in the office at least three days per week.

What you will do

  • Partner with Enterprise Account Executives to build and prioritize strategic target account lists using firmographics, technographics, and intent data.
  • Generate new business pipeline via cold calling, personalized email, LinkedIn social selling, and multi-threaded outreach campaigns for C-level executives.
  • Deliver outstanding prospect experiences as the initial point of contact, articulating hirify.global's value proposition.
  • Maintain deep knowledge of hirify.global's product suite, competitive landscape, and industry trends.
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales Operations, and Product to improve pipeline generation processes and provide field feedback.

Requirements

  • Strong desire to build a career in Sales, aiming for Account Executive or closing roles.
  • 1+ year of customer-facing work experience (Sales and/or SaaS experience preferred).
  • Experience working with Enterprise-sized accounts.
  • Proven prospecting skills across cold calling, email, and social channels using modern sales tools.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Growth mindset, results-oriented, with operational excellence in revenue-driving activities.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's Degree.
  • Familiarity with SFDC, Outreach, Cognism, Zoominfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
