What you will do

  • Lead planning and coordination of 12–15 Aquablation program launches per quarter across hospitals and ASCs.
  • Project manage launches to meet KPI targets like timeline adherence, readiness scores, and utilization.
  • Drive cross-functional communication, problem-solving, and alignment with regional leadership.
  • Develop launch workplans, readiness trackers, and coordinate field activities for unified customer communication.
  • Manage readiness in capital delivery, clinical education, reimbursement, and scheduling.
  • Conduct Launch Readiness Reviews, post-launch evaluations, track KPIs, identify risks, and refine templates/playbooks.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
  • 8+ years in project/program management within healthcare or MedTech
  • Strong organizational and communication skills; experience managing multiple concurrent initiatives
  • PMP or equivalent certification preferred
  • Willingness to travel up to 60%
  • US-based candidate
