Salary: $150,000 – $170,000

What you will do

• Own the planning and execution of technical projects across R&D, product development, and regulatory compliance.
• Coordinate cross-functional efforts between engineering, regulatory, quality, legal, and supply chain teams.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and internal resource tracking for financial reporting.
• Align technical priorities between the company and partners to ensure deliverables meet strategic goals.
• Ensure medical device compliance with FDA, ISO, and other regulatory standards.
• Oversee procurement, production scheduling, and logistics to ensure timely product delivery.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience managing complex technical projects in hardware, semiconductors, or deep tech.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Familiarity with regulated industry standards such as ISO 13485, FDA QSR, or IEC 60601.
• Strong communication skills for translating technical challenges into actionable program plans.

Nice to have

• PMP or PgMP certification.
• Experience with ultrasound or medical imaging technologies.
• Exposure to high-volume manufacturing environments.
• Understanding of software development processes and integration workflows.
