What you will do

  • Build and maintain AI-powered workflows to automate scheduling, candidate communication, follow-ups, and data entry.
  • Create real-time dashboards tracking pipeline health, recruiter productivity, time-to-fill, and candidate experience scores.
  • Design personalized, high-touch candidate experiences at scale using AI to reduce response times and ensure consistency.
  • Develop automations for interview loops, feedback collection, offer logistics, and onboarding using no-code/low-code platforms and AI agents.
  • Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to manage searches, maintain ATS accuracy, and unblock processes proactively.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years in recruiting coordination, HR ops, or high-volume operational role.
  • Hands-on experience building with AI tools such as GPT, Claude, Gemini, and automation platforms; daily usage required.
  • Experience building dashboards or working with recruiting metrics like time-to-fill, pipeline conversion, and candidate NPS.
  • Strong written communication, professional under pressure, and obsessive attention to detail.
  • Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and scheduling tools; builder's mindset to solve inefficiencies.
